A premium dive experience that will leave you with memories for a life time. The Yongala sank during a cyclone in 1911 with the loss of all on board. Re discovered in 1958 it lies on the ocean floor 14 to 28 metres below the surface. Protected under the Historic Shipwreck Act (1976) the Yongala is now home to a wide variety of marine life and corals creating a spectacular vista for those who take the dive. A number of companies run day trips including Adrenalin Dive.
