This satisfaction rating is extracted from the in room survey form question asking guests to
rate the Summit on "value for money" in six catagories ranging from excellent to poor.
Guest feedback/comments
Guest survey forms are provided in all units encouraging guests to provide feedback
on a range of issues. Guests are able to nominate if they are happy for their comments to be
published on this website. Where guests provide this authority thier comments are detailed
then ultimately removed and replaced with more recent feedback;
